All items purchased from MWB are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
· PRODUCTS
MWB specializes in Signed, Limited Editions, Rare and Out-of-Print books. A signed book is defined as a publication bearing a photographer’s signature within its pages, an estate stamp, or, in rare cases when a signature is not possible to obtain, an archival sticker with a signature.
MWB attempts to provide signatures at archival standards, however we cannot make any guarantee for their legibility, neatness, or archivibility.
· PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
MWB and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, MWB does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by MWB itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
· PRICING
The prices are estimated in accordance with standard industry practice for rare and signed books; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day.
