WYLER presented its first 16 and 19-line precision movements to the public in 1927. The particularity of these was the INCAFLEX balance wheel, which was legendary at the time. The WYLER INCAFLEX balance wheel is protected along its diameter by two curved, elastic arms, which absorb any shocks to the balance wheel. In 1937 the company caused a stir by launching a water-resistant watch that was not fitted with the conventional soft gaskets. The mineral glass was pressed in between the edge of the case and a pressed or screwed bezel, the gap between the winding shaft and the watch case was sealed hydraulically by fitting the winding shaft and bushing together, in the same material, to 1/500mm.
THIS OFFER INCLUDES A1968/69 WYLER DIVE WATCH WITH ALL THE ABOVE FEATURES ALONG WITH A SIGNED WYLER PLASTIC CRYTSAL.

THE U.S. NAVY CREATED River Divisions WHICH BECAME part of a larger group of “Brown Water Rats”; American forces that engaged the enemy upon the muddy inland waters, rivers and canals of The Republic Of Vietnam.
wHAT MADE THESE GROUPS “WHOLE” WERE THE Navy Seawolves Attack Helicopter SQUADRON, The Navy Seals and UDT TEAMS,as well as U.S.Army personal.
In 1960, Special Forces of the US Army [green beret] & Navy [seals udt] began to train ARVN, Village Militia Forces and Indigenous Tribesmen in what was South Vietnam. Along the way they realized that protecting and controlling the massive river systems of South Vietnam was integral to the success of their mission: halting the communist North Vietnam and it’s Guerilla Forces –called the Viet Cong– from seizing South Vietnam.
By 1964, the in-shore warfare role of the US Navy was expanded from engaging the enemy forces in Vietnam’s twisting inland waterways, to conducting a secret, deadly war with North Vietnamese forces on and above the Demilitarized Zone and in neighboring countries such as Cambodia and Laos. From their core duty of keeping the waterways free of the North Vietnamese and Viet Cong, their mission expanded to special operations involving Seal, UDT (under water demolition) and Helicopter Assault Teams.
Between 1960 and 1975, 116 members were killed or went missing in action. This included 5 Staff Officers, 2 Commanders, 40 Light Attack Helicopter Squadron members, 38 members of Seal teams 1 and 2, and 4 Underwater Demolition Team Members.

1971 US Camillus
The Camillus Cutlery Company was one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the United States as its roots date back to 1876. The Company produced millions of knives until it filed for bankruptcy in 2007 due to fierce overseas competition. Its brand name and intellectual property rights were purchased by Acme United Corporation, which re-launched the Camillus brand in May 2009.

During the Vietnam War, Camillus again manufactured a large number of knives for the armed forces, for instance a pilot survival knife, a USMC combat knife and a four bladed utility knife. After the Vietnam War, the company continued its growth by adding more new pieces to their already wide product range. In the 1960s, Camillus was sold to the Baer family of New York City. 2009.
